Webinar: From the Front Line of Change
May 6, 2026 4:30 pm GMT
Duration: 30 minutes
A fireside chat with Melanie Franklin & Rachel Skye
Change doesn’t fail because of poor frameworks – it fails in the gap between what leaders plan and what people experience.
In this discussion, Melanie and Rachel discuss their experiences of building environments that support ongoing, unceasing change. Rachel will be sharing insights from her paper From the Front Line of Change. She will discuss why change feels harder than it should, and what organisations can do to make it more human, practical, and sustainable. Her emphasis is on kindness, empathy and respect for those impacted by change, looking at the scope of any change from the perspective of those who must change, rather than those who are creating the change.
This will be a fascinating discussion that will resonate with all of us, as we continue to navigate the human impacts of high volumes of change, so hearing practical ideas from someone in the front line will give us all new ideas and inspiration.
