The Value of Change Management – Making The Case For Change For The Legal Profession

This paper sets out an argument for the value of learning what is involved in managing change for those in professional advisory roles. Those in advisory roles are responsible for advising their clients in how to manage their business, as lawyers, accountants, and insurers as well as those in other professional disciplines including buildings/facility management; manufacturing; transportation and distribution.
