Rashina has two decades of experience in complex, global transformation programmes in the public and private sectors. She has an MBA and holds the APMG Change Management Practitioner and the Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner certifications.
Rashina has a passion for building trust and creating empathy with her stakeholders, which ensures their participation and ownership in the changes she is making. She has a talent for overcoming resistance to change, because of the value she places on the expertise of those in the business who are impacted by the change, and by how much she welcomes their contributions. Her sensitivity in building these relationships, along with her experience of varied types of change ensures her success across different cultures.
