He is undergoing a doctorate specialising in Organisational Change Management Maturity, holds an MBA specialising in Organisational Development and Change, an MSc in Program and Project Management and a BSc in Business and Management.

    He leads organisations through periods of intense change, working with leaders and managers to find new ways to inspire and motivate, working with individuals to unlock their strengths and seize their potential.
