About the Capability for Change Survey

Our survey is in its fourth year, and we know how much you value the statistical data it provides. You, along with other change professionals, will be able to use this data to:

  1. Demonstrate where your change efforts are ahead or behind others in your industry. 
  2. Identify missing elements of your change approach
  3. Agree on elements to prioritise as you create your development plans
  4. Define strategic priorities to match change capability with volume of change

By completing the survey, you will be able to capture a snapshot of where you are now by allowing Microsoft Forms to save your responses. Ask your team to do the same so you can compare perspectives and get an immediate team view of change capability in your organisation.
