The typical scope for any change will describe new systems, new products and services and new team structures.
If we want to successfully change how people work, moving them from initial implementation to full adoption of the change, we must see past these superficial changes.
New ways of working are a combination of new processes, inputs and outputs, data and quality standards.
Real change comes from altering the habits, routines and priorities that are the real impact of the change.
To understand our change we must define the scope of both types of change. We must understand how this full scope affects the duration, effort, who the stakeholders are and what success looks like.
