Our founder, Melanie Franklin, chaired the Change Management Institute in the UK for 6 years and helped shape the Body of Knowledge. The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course is delivered as one comprehensive programme over 4.5 days. You study both levels during the training, starting with Foundation (learning the theories) and moving to Practitioner (learning how to apply them) within the same week. This approach provides both theoretical knowledge and practical application together.
