Change Management Foundation & Practitioner

15th – 19th September

During this course, you will learn the skills, techniques and processes to deliver effective change within your organisation. This is a five-day course, we hit the ground running with the Foundation section of the course, where you learn all the theories and models for change in the workplace. We then move swiftly on to the Practitioner course, where you will learn how to implement change and use the models and theories to guide you through implementation and manage people.

Agile Change Agent

23rd – 24th September

The Agile Change Agent Course is all about scoping, planning and managing agile change initiatives. It is perfect for anyone who is currently experiencing change and wants to know more about how to make it a successful shift in their organisation. Neuroscience for Change

25th – 26th September

Harness the power of Neuroscience to navigate organisational change. The Neuroscience for Change Qualification is all about understanding how the brain works. This is important when it comes to change. Everyone’s brain is different, and everyone processes change differently.

In this course, you’ll learn how to notice and understand different brain types and then learn the best methods for communicating change to the different people in your team.
