Why you want to transfer your knowledge to others

I believe that knowledge grows when it’s shared. Having spent over ten years in the consulting industry, leading digital and enterprise transformations across major corporations, I’ve gained insights that can help others navigate complex challenges. Transferring my knowledge allows me to contribute to the growth of individuals and organizations, fostering innovation and meaningful change. It’s also a way to give back to the community that has supported my own learning journey.

Why you are excited/why you think it is a worthwhile use of your time to be part of Capability for Change

Being part of Capability for Change is exciting because it aligns with my core belief that transformation—whether technological, organisational, or cultural—requires a blend of strategy, collaboration, and actionable insights. It’s a worthwhile use of my time because it provides a platform to connect with like-minded professionals, share my expertise, and learn from others. Helping organisations build their capacity for sustainable change is incredibly rewarding and aligns with my passion for driving impactful outcomes.

What your specialist areas of knowledge are:

My specialist areas include digital transformation, enterprise transformation, business analytics, and data-driven decision-making. I have a deep understanding of how technology can be leveraged for purpose, drawing from my experience in consulting and my academic background with a Master’s of Science in Business Analytics from the Eli Broad College of Business. I also specialise in bridging the gap between people, processes, and technology to achieve successful organisational change.

Your favourite technique/belief about the success of change in an organisation

My favorite belief about the success of change in an organization is that it hinges on the “transformation trio”: people, process, and technology. No change initiative can succeed without aligning these three elements. A technique I often rely on is fostering collaborative leadership—bringing together cross-functional teams to co-create solutions and ensuring everyone has a stake in the outcome. This approach not only drives buy-in but also ensures that change is sustainable and rooted in the organisation’s culture.

The experiences that have created this knowledge – organisations you have worked for; jobs you have had; countries you have worked in

My knowledge stems from over ten years as a Senior Managing Consultant, where I’ve led digital and enterprise transformations for major corporations. I’ve worked with global teams across various industries, collaborating with experts in cutting-edge technology research to solve real-world problems. While specific organisations and countries aren’t detailed here, my career has involved working in diverse environments, likely spanning the U.S. (where I studied) and other regions where large corporations operate. My academic foundation at the Eli Broad College of Business also equipped me with a strong analytical mindset, which I’ve applied to roles requiring strategic vision and data-driven insights.

Interesting things you get to do because you enjoy sharing your knowledge – articles you have written; books you have written; events you have spoken at

Sharing my knowledge has opened up exciting opportunities. I’m thrilled to have co-authored the book Data and AI-Enabled Transformation Trios, which explores how people, process, and technology can drive successful organisational change—it’s available on Amazon India! I’ve also contributed to publications like my article on the “Impact of Technology Transformation on Sales Growth in Consumer Goods,” which was a chance to dive deep into how innovation can enhance business outcomes. While I haven’t mentioned specific events, I enjoy speaking at industry forums and webinars where I can engage with professionals and share practical insights from my experience.
