Why you want to transfer your knowledge to others

Having worked in Change Management recruitment for the past 16 years, I am passionate about help both candidates and clients to upskill in all things Change.

Why you are excited/why you think it is a worthwhile use of your time to be part of Capability for Change

I have known Mel and the team for a number of years now, they run some great courses and sessions that help to up skill both candidates and organisations, many of the clients and candidates that I work with have used Capability for Change in some form.

In my role, I help clients find the best Change candidates for their specific requirements, Mel and the team play a huge part in upskilling the Change Management community that in turn helps the clients that I partner with.

What your specialist areas of knowledge are:

I am the Founder & Director of Freshwater Recruitment, a specialist Change Management recruitment company. We help clients to build and grow Change Management capability, both on a permanent and interim basis.

We recruit Change Management positions across the UK and Europe, working with a wide range of sectors and different levels of Change maturity.

I have worked in Change Management recruitment for over 16 years now, both in the UK and in Australia.  In that time, I have helped 100s of clients to build Change Management capability.

I am fortunate enough to work with a wide range of clients who are at different stages of their Change Management journey.  I offer advice to clients on the right structure and approach they need to get the best of out of their Change Management team.

I moved back to the UK in 2022 after 9 years working in Sydney and I set up Freshwater Recruitment at the start of 2025. 

I am passionate about helping to grow and offer support/advice to the Change Management community we have here in the UK.  I run regular networking sessions for Change Managers, bringing some of the key figures together to discuss some of the key themes, topics and trends.

I also host a monthly Head of Change meet up, where I bring together Change leaders from a wide range of sectors to share insights, challenges, and best practices in an informal, collaborative setting.
