Your favourite technique/belief about the success of change in an organisation

I believe an effective change journey starts with a complete vision of success.  This vision needs to consider as many aspects of change as practical.  It also needs to include the human response to change. As I work with organisations and teams to craft their change journey, I want to make sure the destination is inspiring and the journey is achievable.
