This is a special in-person event to share experiences and generate ideas to build the capability for leading teams through constant change. If you are responsible for developing in-house leadership training programmes that builds confidence and skills in change management, this is the event for you.
The volume of change is so high we need active engagement from supervisors, team leaders and managers to enable repeated shifts to new ways of working. These leaders are not change management professionals, nor do they view these skills as critical to their career success. However, the proportion of their time focused on performance is being eroded as they are drawn into managing change and achieving continuous improvements.
We will share our experiences, identify what is working, what we need to change and define what success for these training programmes includes. You will walk away with actionable tasks, and a supportive network to share ideas with.
To kick-start the morning I will share analysis from the global Change Capability Survey. You and your colleagues can take part here https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/qb32YX4dxN This analysis will give us context for our discussion on learning objectives for building change capability. We can then focus on ideas and measures of success for these training programmes.
