Join me as I describe how learning for workplace transformation means building the skills and confidence to lead ourselves through the transition from current to new ways of working. Change is an emotional process, and we can use techniques from neuroscience to help us generate the motivation to change and the emotional resilience for the anxiety and stress we experience during change.
