Change Capability Community – Supporting People Through Restructures @ 1pm

In any restructure, there are “winners” who retain their role, or promoted or given new responsibilities that they are delighted to accept and “losers” who no longer have a role within their existing team, or organisation, or might lose responsibilities that they enjoyed. How to we manage communication to these different stakeholder groups? How do we help prepare people for these re-organisations? Lets work together to identify good practice, share experiences and identify techniques and activities for supporting people through this type of change.
