Change Capability Community: Everyone is responsible for change @ 13:00

In this session, we will create a rich picture of the paradigm shift in change management from a function that defines and manages changes to a coaching service that builds the capability for change across the whole organisation. We will investigate the impact that has on our current skill set and how it changes who is drawn into our profession.
