Learning and training are integral to change. After all, change means doing something different, and we cannot work differently if we have not been trained in the new processes, techniques and standards. 

In this session, we will explore the relationship between learning and successful change initiatives, and how the success of each change initiative builds the capability for change within your organisation. 

In our break out sessions we will debate the pressures on learning and capability building and the success criteria for effective learning that addresses these pressures.
