Following the overwhelming popularity of our event in April “Numbers that drive change” we heard your request to pursue the subject of statistics. One of the outcomes from the breakout rooms was the desire to explore the creation of a Benefits Management Strategy at the start of your change initiative. 

During this session, Melanie will put forward some ideas about the design of this strategy, some points to consider and what good looks like, then we can use the breakout rooms to build on this and share our ideas.
