The challenge
I am passionate about the value that effective change management brings to an organisation, but I know that as a profession we have not won the argument that establishes our commercial value. This means when market conditions tighten, too often it is the change team that is let go. Our change work is shifted to the project teams, outsourced overseas or abandoned completely.
